II. eMail Transfers:
eMail Money Transfers can be sent to Barbara K. Byczko at bkbsuzukicd@gmail.com.
Please be sure to:
- Indicate the number of each CD(s) requested, if ordering Vol. 2, indicate which edition.
- Indicate in a separate email what the security password is in order to access the funds in the transfer.
- Indicate your mailing address in the memo section of the transfer.

III. Paypal - Canadian Customers:
Canadian customers can make a credit card payment through www.paypal.com by
choosing the SEND MONEY option or a PAYPAL invoice can be sent to your email.
Please be sure to:
- Indicate the number of each CD(s) requested, if ordering Vol. 2, indicate which edition.
- Indicate your shipping information in the message centre.
- Send the payment (including S&H) to bkbsuzukicd@gmail.com. (SEND MONEY option only)
